Welcome to the Alumni Area

Stay in the learning community

Continue the learning journey with people whom you know and trust. This is where you can take off your mask and experiment with new things. For graduates of Needs-Based Coaching, there is a heartfelt wish to keep this field alive beyond the coach education.

Our goal is for the participants to continue the journey toward mastery, and develop their skills and presence through deeper reflections in the presence of one another and with the pool of wisdom that we hold together.

Collective Wisdom Exchange

Joining a Mastermind group is an investment in your career as a coach. This is what you can expect:

  1. Peer Learning and Support: Our Mastermind group offers a collaborative learning environment where coaches share their experiences, insights, and best practices.

  2. Collective Brainpower: Coaches tap into the wisdom and creativity of the group to find solutions to challenges they may face in their coaching practice.

  3. Accountability: The group provides a level of accountability that supports members to take consistent and meaningful actions in their coaching practice.

  4. Community and networking: It is common to feel isolated in the pursuit of a thriving coaching career. A Mastermind group provides the antidote by bringing together colleagues for recharging and networking.

  5. Motivation and Inspiration: Engaging with a group of like-minded colleagues can boost motivation and inspiration, helping the coaches stay enthusiastic and passionate about their work even on a rainy day.

Group Supervision - quarterly

Coaching supervision helps coaches maintain a high standard of service, manage stress, and develop personally and professionally.

Learning being the goal, supervision is an inquiry into practice. Through empathic listening and questions, the supervisees review and reflect on their coaching in order to become more relevant, efficient, and ethical coaches. This way, supervision yields confidence in the work as coach.

In Needs-Based Coaching Supervision, we look at the coach/client relationship as the crucible of client transformation. Supervisees can expect deepened self-awareness as well as a widening of their coaching methods through the group conversations that follow each case.

Coaches sometimes carry challenging moments with them after their sessions. Supervision offers a supportive space to digest the emotional aspects of the work and receive guidance. This way, supervision can reduce stress and avoid burnout, thus ensuring long-term sustainability in the coaching career.
